Exir Chemical Terminal, by offering comprehensive services such as tanker and vessel unloading and loading, chemical liquid storage, and direct transfer through pipelines, supports a wide range of needs in the chemical industry With a strong emphasis on strict compliance with safety and environmental standards, the terminal is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of its operations and ensuring sustainability throughout all stages of service delivery.
This terminal has been constructed at Site 5 of the Petrochemical Special Economic Zone in the strategic port of Imam Khomeini and is connected to the special zone’s docks via pipelines. In addition to transferring materials to and from ships and tankers, the terminal also facilitates the movement of materials through multiple pipelines to the region’s petrochemical complexes.
The terminal has been operational since 2009 and currently provides round-the-clock services to customers with 18 storage tanks, offering a total capacity of 22,000 cubic meters. Considering future expansions, the terminal’s capacity will increase to 140,000 cubic meters.
