Exir Chemical Terminal Company was established in 2005 as a joint investment by Oiltanking from Germany, Odfjell from Norway, and Noyan from Iran, with the aim of constructing and launching the first private sector chemical terminal in the country, located in Site 5 of the Imam Khomeini Petrochemical Special Economic Zone.
